Lenggries – Schwarzenbachtal

An mountain vally, secluded and full of romance with fantastic view to the Benediktenwand and Brauneck. The tour starts at the Schwarzenbach stream in Langeneck (1 kilometer to Wegscheid, car park). First the road leads you slightly uphill. Close to a steam you come to a wooded area. You pass a little bridge and a hut called „Duftalm“ (no service there). Continue along the curve, and turn immediately right after it – slightly rising – to the upper terrain. Now you follow the forest road, that leads you through alpine meadows to Obermurbach / Wegscheid. When the trail goes slightly downhill you are there within some minutes. From the diestrict Obermurbach you walk parallel tot he steam to the Isarpath. Follow the Isarpath upstream and you will come directly back to the car park in Langeneck.
