Roundtrip: From Lenggries via Jachenau – Kochel – Arzbach and back to Lenggries

First of all it goes from Lenggries on the Isarpath to Wegscheid, Langeneck and Leger. Behind the cafè Landerer Mühle in Leger you turn left and follow the trail past the swimming spot Jachen. You ride westside through the forest and turn left at the first junktion to the so called „Rehgraben“. At the next junktion you turn right and down the hill you come to Höfen and the center of Jachenau. At the restaurant „Schützenhaus“ the forest road leads to Jochberg. You follow this road till you reach the junktion Kotalm. There you have to turn right. From the gate on the forest road you ride downhill to Kochel. From Kochel it goes to Benediktbeuern. There you have the possibility to visit the monastery. At the outdoor pool „Alpenwarmbad“ you pass a bridge, turn right and follow the forest road. The tour goes via the „Windpässel“ and the Buchenau. There, you may have to push your bike, because of the steam-swamp area. After that you drive via the Melchernsteffelalm on a forest road downhill to Arzbach. On the Isarpath you come back to the start of the tour.
