Lenggries – Leger

The beginning of the tour is at the Isar bridge westside of the Isar. From here you go slightly upstream in the direction Wegscheid. Once you arrive in Wegscheid, you continue hiking to the south and walk to the district Langeneck. You cross the Jachen and come to the district Leger, where the cafè Landerermühle in located. Here you can get a delicous cake. Now go back to Wegscheid and the bridge named „Bretonenbrücke“ (you've already walked under that bridge before). This time you cross the bridge to the east bank of the river and now you go downsteam back to Lenggries on the Isar path. Back in Lenggries you can visit attractions like the muesum of local history or the swimmingpool „Isarwelle“.
