What is a Terrain Walking Trail?
Terrain walking therapy is a form of therapy that involves walking along measured paths that gradually lead uphill. There are two terrain walking trails within a length of 17 kilometres. Due to the climatic conditions during the walk, the physical exertion is adjusted accordingly.
What makes the Terrain Walking Trail so special?
The surface of the paths is easy on the joints. It is sometimes a little uneven, but varied and well-maintained. Due to the different altitudes, it is usually cooler and windier than in the valley. In addition, there is a UV component throughout almost the entire year that promotes health.
