Local tourist tax

The local tourist tax which is included in the price you pay for accommodation, is used to maintain the touristic infrastructure, as well as to fund numerous events and services. Thanks to this fee, Lenggries can provide you the most comfortable stay as it is also used to finance the construction and maintenance of a wide range of hiking, biking, and skiing trails.

The local tourist tax is imposed by the Bavarian government and levied by the community of Lenggries.

As an overnight guest in Lenggries, you will also receive your personal Guest Card (BASIC or PLUS, depending on your booked accommodation). With this card you can use the buses in the RVO-network for free and you can benefit from numerous discounts and advantages at our local service partners.
