The holiday apartment is located at the particularly quiet eastern edge of the village of Lenggries in a wooden house newly built in 2022. Within a few minutes on foot, the following can be reached: hiking trails, including to Geierstein, Denkalm, Lenggrieser Hütte, and the Hohenburger Schlossweihern, the indoor swimming pool "Isarwelle," the outdoor pool, and the village center of Lenggries with numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities.
The west terrace with a garden area offers a beautiful view of Brauneck and Zwiesel as well as evening sun until sunset.
