Ferienwohnung am Stocker - Fam. Stevens

The house is located in a quiet area on the eastern outskirts on the sunny side of Lenggries. It is a 15-minute walk to the town center (Marktstraße) with shops, banks, guesthouses, the tourist information center, etc.

The accommodation serves as a good starting point for a variety of activities: biking, hiking, climbing, winter sports, swimming (Isarwelle - 10 minutes on foot).

The holiday apartment is located on the first floor and in the converted attic. There is no elevator, making the apartment unsuitable for disabled access.

The house has a solar and photovoltaic system. Waste separation is done according to the Tölzer model (residual waste, paper, plastic, and organic waste bins).
