Advice For Your Overnight Stay
What you should consider:
Enactment of an obligatory reservation
Rights and obligation of the parties involved in a host-guest contractual agreement.
As is always case with business transactions, certain legal requirements must be adhered when entering an agreement to book accommodations. A contractual relation is established when a reservation request is accepted. As with all contracts, this legal agreement can only be dissolved with the agreement of both parties. In detail are the following rights and obligations as a result of the binding agreement.
1. The contract is final, as soon as the room is made available, even if acknowledgement by the host is not given because of time constraints.
2. The contract obligates the contracting parties to the fulfillment of the contract, regardless of the duration the contract.
3. The host is obligated to compensate the guest for any damages incurred by the guest for non availability of the contracted room.
4. The guest has the obligation to compensate the host for services and accommodations not used although a contract had been established.for those services and accommodations. Compensation is 80% of the full inclusive price for overnight accommodation in holiday homes and breakfast. Rooms with services require a 60% compensation of the contracted price.
5. The host is obligated to otherwise rent rooms in order to avoid possible losses caused by guests who do not utilize contracted services.

Guest Card
According to the Bavarian Registration Law, every host is obligated to register her/his guests within 24 hours. After you have made arrangements for accommodations and occupy the abode, the host will request the careful completion of a registration form. The copy (yellow) contains a portion, which is now recognized as your free guest card. Please remove this portion and carry with you at all times. With the guest card you receive price reductions with admission fees to museums, indoor and open-air swimming pools, homeland evenings, Kur concerts, local tours (in the season) and much more. Likewise the mountain railways grant deductions as well as the tennis facilities. The guest card is valid not only in Lenggries, but in the entire district Bad Toelz – Wolfsratshausen.
We strongly suggest you obtain:
